President Obama will nominate Sen. John Kerry for secretary of state, ABC News reported last night.
The Democratic ex-presidential nominee’s name will be sent to Congress, now that UN Ambassador Susan Rice has withdrawn in the face of criticism over her post-Benghazi comments.
