Trey Songz was arrested for assaulting a woman at a Queens strip club with his cash, The Post has learned.
The singer and rapper, whose real name is Tremaine Neverson, threw dollar bills into the left eye of the 35-year-old victim at Perfection, an Astoria club on 30th Avenue, at 4 a.m. on Aug. 22, police sources said.
It was not clear whether she worked at the club, but the two didn’t know each other before the bizarre incident, the sources said.
He was arrested on Sept. 20 and charged with misdemeanor assault, as well as harassment.
Songz was released without any bail being set, and a temporary order of protection was issued for the victim, records show.
His next court appearance is in February.
It was the first time Songz, who lives in Miami, has been arrested in New York City, authorities added.
