‘Flabby’ exec wanted sex for perks: worker

This is not how you reward an employee.

A Long Island copier- company executive gave his firm’s controller gifts and raises — then demanded sex from her in exchange, according to a complaint.

Married Scott Brodsky, 33, of Empire Digital in Farmingdale, incessantly tried to get Christina Iannitelli, 24, into his bed, she claimed in a complaint to the state Division of Human Rights.

Iannitelli said in the filing that for a year she endured bizarre behavior including Brodsky sniffing her hair, stripping off his shirt and displaying his “flabby’’ torso and asking her, “Who wouldn’t want to date this?’’

When the single woman resisted and demanded he stop, Brodsky threatened to take her perks away, the complaint said.

“If he’s trying to get me to have sex with him, he’s saying the most ridiculous things,’’ said Iannitelli. “How does he even think that would work?’’

Her lawyer, Jeffrey Brown, said, “This legal complaint is about standing up to a bully.”

Brodsky declined to comment.
