A 9-year-old girl riding her scooter in Brooklyn last night was struck in a three-car accident and pinned beneath one of the vehicles — but was rescued by good Samaritans who lifted the car off her, authorities and witnesses said.

Tawaiian Holmes (inset) was scooting on the sidewalk as her mother walked beside her when a livery cab struck a sedan and an SUV at Livonia and Rockaway avenues in Brownsville.

One of the cars mounted the sidewalk and ran over Tawaiian, who got trapped.

“She just kept saying, ‘Mommy, I love you. Help me. I don’t want to die. Am I going to see my friend,’ ” her mother, E-Zara Paul, 32, told The Post.

At least seven men at a nearby check-cashing business ran out when they heard the thunderous crash at about 7:30 p.m.

“We were all standing in the cashing place and then we heard a loud boom. Then another boom,” said Keith Anderson.

“We ran outside and we saw the mother. She was yelling, ‘My baby, my baby!’ ” said Anderson, 51.

Another of the heroes, Arthur Lane, 41, said the child was calm despite her terrible pain.

“She was conscious. She was just looking up at us saying, ‘Please get this car off of me.’ ”

The men managed to lift the vehicle off the child.

“On the second lift, the mother slid her out from under the car,” Anderson said.

“The girl’s legs were twisted up in an ‘X’ formation. I never saw anything like this in my life,” he said.

Another pedestrian was struck amid the mayhem.

“He tried to walk, but he couldn’t and he just fell down,” Lane said.

Six victims — including Tawaiian — were rushed to area hospitals.

Tawaiian, a fourth-grader, suffered two broken legs and a broken pelvis, her mother said.

“I think the men who helped are awesome,” Paul said.

“I thank God they were there because she could have died. She was pinned under the car from her neck to her toes.”

None of the other victims was seriously hurt, authorities said.

Police sources said the driver of the livery cab was arrested. Charges were pending early today.
