Ricky Martin is still livin’ la vida loca — but it’s a more grown-up life now, with twin sons and a new home purchase on the Upper East Side.

Sources say the Latin crooner recently bought a residence at the luxurious 170 East End Ave. condo development for $5.9 million.

The fancy four-bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom, Peter Marino-designed residence is nearly 3,150 square feet and was last listed for $6.495 million. It features floor-to-ceiling windows, park views and an eat-in kitchen with marble floors, custom cabinetry and Swiss quartzite counters. The four en-suite bathrooms come with floor-to-ceiling marble and travertine finishes.

The amenity-laden building features a fitness center, squash court, pilates room, yoga studio, 40-seat screening room, golf simulator, library, arcade and playroom.

Simon’s searching

Paul Simon might be feeling groovy on his hunt for a new penthouse, but one spot he recently checked out is nowhere near the 59th Street Bridge.

The legendary singer/songwriter took a look at a three-bedroom, three-bathroom duplex penthouse at the new-construction 250 Bowery condo building. Penthouses in the building range from about $4.4 million to around $6.9 million.

The residence Simon saw includes a sky-lit staircase that goes up to a big roof terrace. There’s also a great room with a fireplace and a chef’s kitchen.

The eight-story black metal and glass building is developed by VE Equities, known for its downtown boutique condos.

Douglas Elliman broker Fredrik Eklund, a star of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York,” has the listing.

Heavens to Betsey

Iconic fashion designer Betsey Johnson has rented a sleek two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit inside the Enrique Norten-designed Cassa Hotel and Residences at 70 W. 45th St. That, we hear, is also one of the locations where Johnson is shooting her reality show with her daughter, Lulu, who is working on her own fashion line. “Betsey + Lulu” is slated to air on the Style Network this spring.

Two-bedrooms at Cassa are about 1,200 square feet and rent for $10,000 to $16,500 a month. Listing agent Ashley Teitel, of Town Residential, was not available for comment.

On golden Bond

Calvin Klein, who was displaced from his Richard Meier-designed home on Perry Street by Hurricane Sandy, has landed at another high-design address downtown. He’s found a short-term rental at 40 Bond St., the Herzog & de Meuron-designed Ian Schrager development.

Klein’s temporary home, which was listed for $25,000 a month, has two bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and 11-foot ceilings in its 2,000 square feet. The space includes a great room anchored by a woodburning fireplace.

We hear . . .

That Douglas Elliman has opened its oceanfront sales office at the Edition in Miami Beach, where Ian Schrager is presenting 26 “limited-edition” condos designed by John Pawson and priced from $4 million to $18 million. The development at 2901 Collins Ave. is the overhaul of the old Seville Beach Hotel.
