Rich-girl ‘smackdown’ suit

A socialite train wreck beat up her “sober coach” so badly that the woman is awaiting a spinal fusion, a Manhattan lawsuit claims.

Joselyn Wohl, 32, daughter of New York real-estate titan Larry Wohl, “yanked her down a flight of [concrete] stairs, then was on top of her, choking her,” said Bryan Swerling, Heather McKean’s lawyer.

Law-enforcement sources told The Post that Joselyn Wohl was charged with assault and that a warrant for her arrest was issued following the March 5 incident in the Hamptons.

Joselyn, her dad and his wife, Denise Wohl, are named in the suit because they were “aware of [their] daughter’s propensity for violence,” court papers say.

McKean was a glorified baby sitter for Joselyn, who’d been struggling with drug and alcohol addiction, Swerling told The Post.

McKean was living in the Wohl’s Southampton pad when Joselyn snapped, the suit alleges. “Joselyn wanted to go out and do something not in her best interest, and Heather was trying to talk her down,” said Swerling. “Heather began to walk up the stairs. She felt a tug on the back of her shirt, and it was Joselyn attacking her.”

McKean has received physical therapy for injuries to her back and leg and has a spinal operation scheduled, Swerling said.

The Wohls did not return calls for comment.
