She’s finally won the lottery!

Two years after scoring an $8 million jackpot, Long Island mother-of-three Patricia Eisel will now get most of the dough — after a bitter fight with her estranged hubby.

Eisel, 41, won a $21.5 million jackpot — $7.9 million after taking it in a lump sum after taxes — in January 2011.

She’d bought the ticket with tips she earned as a bar waitress, just months after cheating husband Jamie Eisel left her for another woman.

The Long Beach mom had not yet filed for divorce. So her bitter ex took legal steps — that have dragged on and on — to get almost $4 million of her winnings.

Yesterday, the couple settled in matrimonial court in Mineola, with sources saying Jamie walked away with little more than the $1 million he was first offered.

“I’m very happy — it couldn’t be better,” said a thrilled Patricia Eisel, a native of Ireland.

“The last couple of years have been horrendous, all the not knowing and the emotions.”

Her steelworker hubby left the hearing without saying a word after handing presents to her for their kids. Their divorce, after 13 years of marriage, is set to be finalized early next year.
