The move comes in the wake of reports of dogs drowning when left alone to exercise in the pools.

A just-identified subset species of the Southwest “trapdoor” spider has been named “Aptostichus barackobamai.”

Other subsets have been dubbed “Aptostichus stephencolberti” and “Aptostichus angelinajolieae.”
