Knicks’ Felton again a Bull blighter

After a lousy night in Chicago two weeks ago, when he took an unheard-of 30 shots, Raymond Felton again was flummoxed by Tom Thibodeau’s pick-and-roll defense in the Knicks’ 110-106 loss to the Bulls last night.

Felton had no assists by halftime and was 3-of-12 from the field after three quarters. He came on late to finish with 21 points on 9-of 21 shooting, but his early brickfest allowed the Bulls to grab a 25-point lead. Felton also committed four turnovers and finished with a measly three assists.

“I couldn’t throw the ball in the ocean,’’ Felton said. “We couldn’t hit shots. You saw the game.’’

Felton and Tyson Chandler could not connect on the pick-and-roll as the Bulls focused on taking that away. Chandler didn’t have a shot attempt in the first half.

* Steve Novak and his 3-point shot were back in the lineup after he missed his first game as a Knick on Wednesday against the Nets due to the flu. But he looked still not at 100 percent as he had no impact, missing all three of his shots — just one of them a 3-point try. Novak also struggled in the last meeting against the Bulls.

“They stayed attached to him,’’ coach Mike Woodson said.

The Knicks are on a record-setting pace for 3-pointers, but Amar’e Stoudemire’s imminent return could change their style slightly and eat into Novak’s minutes.

* The Knicks honored paralyzed former Rutgers football player Eric LeGrand. He got a minute-long standing ovation and had tears in his eyes. Jersey guy J.R. Smith came to give him a hug.

* Marcus Camby is inching toward his return, possibly tomorrow against the Timberwolves. He has missed the last 11 games with plantar fasciitis, but is back shooting and running. Camby told The Post earlier this week he would take a cortisone shot. … Rasheed Wallace is “still day-to-day,” Woodson said. Wallace is nursing a sore left foot and missed his fourth straight game.

* Former Knicks assistant Tom Thibodeau was asked where his tribute is in the Garden. He pointed to the 1999 Eastern Conference title banner. Thibodeau was an assistant on Jeff Van Gundy’s staff.
