‘Super Mario Brother’ busted in alleged Times Sq. grope

Cops busted a man dressed as a Super Mario Brother today in Times Square for allegedly groping a passerby, law enforcement sources said.

The unwanted touching happened on 42nd Street near Seventh Avenue between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m when the suspect – identified as Damon Torres, 34 – grabbed the inner thigh of a 58-year-old woman, police said.

The victim, who was not a tourist posing for pictures, headed straight for the police sub station in Times Square. Cops quickly found and arrested the man, authorities said.

Torres is now charged with forcible touching as well as unlawful possession of marijuana.
