Drug suspect brought to heel

Those are some dopey shoes!

Federal and local agents arrested a Bronx man after 10 kilos of heroin disguised in the shape of shoe soles were discovered in his car and a house, according to sources.

Julio Cesar Mendoza, 35, was pulled over by a DEA task force and State Police in Cliffside, NJ. The heroin is worth an estimated $6 million, sources added.
