A Melrose man wanted in the stabbing death of his estranged wife has been captured, cops said.

Omar Martinez, 31, was arrested Friday in Brooklyn and charged with murder and manslaughter for allegedly knifing Maxine Martinez, 44, of Wakefield, in the back and head last Sunday.

The LAPD and an NYPD detective teamed up to arrest a man suspected of wounding three partygoers who had been celebrating Halloween in Wakefield.

Otis Phillip, 24, was busted on Dec. 10 in California and charged in The Bronx with attempted murder, assault and possession of a deadly weapon, law-enforcement sources said.

He allegedly got to the party at about 5 a.m. on Oct. 28 and began yelling at those in attendance.

Then, as acquaintances tried to hold him back, he allegedly pulled a gun and fired six shots.

One man was hit in the legs and another in the right foot. A bullet grazed the third near the left eye and shoulder.

Two men were busted in Great Kills for transporting more than a pound of weed in a luxury car, authorities said.

Safet Tutovic, 29, pulled his Infiniti over on Middle Loop Road and Armstrong Avenue at 3:55 p.m. Tuesday and popped open the trunk, according to court documents.

Robert Gentili, 27, then stuffed the pot into his sweat shirt, the records state. Both were arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

The man and woman in this picture are being sought for allegedly ripping off four Hurricane Sandy volunteers in West New Brighton, police said.

The suspects went into the basement of St. Mary’s Church, which was housing the good Samaritans, at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday and fled with a guitar, camera, laptop, watch, cellphone, backpack and GPS navigation device, cops said.

A Harlem building superintendent made a grisly discovery early yesterday when he went to check on a tenant, according to police sources.

The super discovered the man’s body in the building on Bradhurst Avenue near 152nd Street at 12:55 a.m., sources said.

The victim suffered head trauma, and there was blood on the body.

The city Medical Examiner’s Office is to determine the cause of death.

Three young men armed with knives and a machete were busted after allegedly terrorizing and holding up four teen boys in an abandoned Sunset Park building.

Fred Mendez, 20, Fernando Ramales, 21, and Martin Thompson, 19, entered the building on First Avenue near 52nd Street at 1:05 p.m. on Dec. 11, police sources said.

They stole a cellphone, book bag and Nike sneakers from the victims, the sources added.

The victims told cops that at least one of the alleged thieves wore a mask and that the robbers fled on foot.

Officers scoured the area and found the suspects nearby.

The suspects were charged with robbery, grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and menacing.
