Vinny ready for office

Now that “Jersey Shore” has ended its three-year run, Vinny Guadagnino is ready to leave reality TV behind — for a career in politics.

Guadagnino told TMZ (as he was leaving a nightclub in West Hollywood) that his post-“Shore” plans were to attend law school so that he can eventually get into politics.

“I want to get into politics,” he told TMZ. “So I was gonna go to law school to get involved in politics.”

Appreciating the irony of the timing of his statement, he added: “I know how this sounds stumbling coming out of a club . . . but I actually have a brain.”

Guadagnino, 25, was on the path to politics before signing up for the MTV reality show that made him famous.

According to Us Weekly, he graduated from CUNY College of Staten Island with a 3.9 GPA in three and a half years.

Guadagnino was a political science major and interned for a New York State assemblyman.

And he doesn’t have to worry about the LSAT.

He took the law-school admission exam the day that “Jersey Shore” premiered.

He told Us Weekly, “after that I was too busy to go to law school.”
