E-ZBirth at tunnel

This was one rushed commuter.

New Jersey mother Soukaina Nekhlaoui gave birth to a healthy baby boy right outside the Holland Tunnel yesterday morning while her husband was driving her to a city hospital.

Dad Abdel Elkarhat pulled over on the New York side of the tunnel, hopped out of the car, and at 7 a.m. flagged down two Port Authority cops, who delivered the child.

“He was really frantic,” said Port Authority Officer George McCann, who responded with partner Jean Bernard.

The baby boy, named Nassim Mohammed, wasn’t due until Feb. 7.
