A psychotic Queens woman who viciously attacked a stranger on the street moments after brutally stabbing her adopted sister to death was sentenced to 23 years in prison.
As Lovette Ross-Hill ran away from the bloody scene in her Bailsey Park Houses apartment — where she left Sharon Lee-Hill bleeding to death from multiple stab wounds — she then senselessly assaulted Nikita White on Merrick Boulevard.
Ross-Hill, who declined to show remorse for her actions, repeatedly stabbed her 58-year-old adopted sister and chopped her ear and nose off.
“This is a horrendous case,” Queens Supreme Court Justice Kenneth C. Holder said today about the May 8, 2011 incident.
Ross-Hill, 39, pleaded guilty in December to first-degree manslaughter and third-degree assault.
The disturbed woman’s family didn’t want her to go to prison for the heinous crime, but instead to be treated at a psychiatric facility, sources said.
Ross-Hill’s attorney Michael Siff requested for his client to continue her medical treatment while incarcerated, which the judge granted.
