Hurt skater sues ‘pushy’ rink

Most people just complain about tourists — she’s suing over them.

Davida Kornreich, 27, said she went skating at the Bryant Park rink on Jan. 12, 2010, and found the scene chilling.

The “public skating rink was overcrowded, and unsafe for . . . peaceful enjoyment,” claimed Kornreich in a lawsuit she filed last week against Citi Pond operator Bryant Park Market Events in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Kornreich claims she was “violently struck from behind by a fellow skater and forcefully knocked down,” suffering unspecified but “permanent” injuries, according to court papers.

The rink was “unreasonably dangerous,” and the operator “negligently operated, supervised, monitored, controlled, managed, moderated, screened, and/or policed” it, the complaint reads.

A rep for the ice rink would not discuss the pending litigation.
