‘All My Babies’ Mamas’ axed

Shawty’s been short-circuited. Oxygen has killed its planned special, “All My Babies’ Mamas,” after coming under fire from groups who said it perpetrated negative stereotypes about African-American families.

The one-hour special — co-produced by former MTV chief Tony DiSanto, who brought “Jersey Shore” to the network — was to star rapper Shawty Lo (real name Carlos Walker), who’s got 11 kids with 10 different women.

Both Color Of Change and the Parents Television Council went ballistic when the special was announced last week.

Both organizations started petitions to axe the show, and Color Of Change threatened to get advertisers to boycott the special, calling it “dehumanizing.”

“As part of our development process, we have reviewed casting and decided not to move forward with the special,” Oxygen officials said in a statement.

“We will continue to develop compelling content that resonates with our young female viewers and drives the cultural conversation.”

Lo, 36, was born and raised in Atlanta and became a father at the age of 17.

He founded D4L Records — and fronts a hip-hop group called D4L.
