Fmr. Junior’s waitress claims manager pleasured himself in front of him: lawsuit

A former Junior’s waiter has served the cheesecake purveyor with a sexual harassment lawsuit — claiming a manager pleasured himself in front of him in the bathroom, a new lawsuit alleges.

Tavarius Graves, 26, of Harlem, worked at the famed eatery’s Times Square location for three months through 2010, the suit claims.

His supervisor, identified as “Nick” in the documents, exposed himself and asked “if it was big for a white boy,” while the two were in the restaurant bathroom, the documents say.

“Nick” also allegedly said, “I want to f—- that nice little body of yours.”

Graves was fired in January 2010 “because he didn’t fit in,” the suit claims.

Junior’s did not immediately return calls for comment.
