A person was found dead after a small fire started at a Queens apartment complex, fire officials said.
Firefighters found the body shortly after showing up to the North Shore Towers apartment complex in Little Neck to put out a small fire at around 12:15 p.m., according to the FDNY.
Fire officials would not say if the victim was male or female or if the death is suspicious.
Police and fire officials are still investigating.
