Flay-vor trail

Iron Chef Bobby Flay and his gorgeous actress wife, Stephanie March (right), were spotted touring a $12.5 million penthouse duplex at 88 Franklin St. in TriBeCa during a recent open house. They were particularly interested in the view from the terrace, our spies say.

In the past year,
Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz and Brooklyn Nets star Deron Williams also looked at the unit. The 5,200-square-foot penthouse, in a condo conversion of a 19th-century cast-iron building, has four bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, 11-foot ceilings, a “top-of-the-line chef’s kitchen” (natch) and a 1,500-square-foot private rooftop terrace. Broker Jason Karadus of Town Residential had no comment.

Tonight, the penthouse is the site of another famous chef’s book party. Chef Daniel Humm and his Eleven Madison Park/NoMad partner Will Guidara will celebrate the launch of their new book, “I ♥ New York.”

Flay, who’s working to open a new incarnation of Bolo on Lafayette Street in NoHo, and March currently live in the Chelsea Mercantile.
