A Queens woman has her nose all out of joint after pictures of her rhinoplasty were put online, according to an $18 million lawsuit.
Catherine Manzione, 24, says she signed a form refusing permission for the pre- and post-op pics to be used on Dr. Grigoriy Mashkevich’s Web site.
So the married Flushing mom was shocked earlier this year when the surgeon posted her before-and-after photos on his Web site.
She had the surgery “to improve her appearance, self-esteem and confidence,” but was humiliated to discover the private images were public, Manzione said in her Manhattan Supreme Court suit. She’s seeking $18 million in damages. Mashkevich didn’t return a call for comment.
