A dissed reveler started shooting at a house party in East Flatbush early yesterday, sparking a gun battle that left nine people injured, authorities said.

The suspect, just booted from the gathering on Clarendon Road near East 52nd Street, returned at about 12:30 a.m. and opened fire, law-enforcement sources said. Others shot back, they added.

“It was so fast and loud that I thought it was fireworks,” a neighbor said. “Then people were running and screaming, ‘Gun!’ It was raining bullets.”

All of the injured are expected to survive, the sources said, adding that the dozens of shell casings found at the scene came from at least two guns.

A baby-faced thug and three pals stormed into a Sunset Park office and robbed four employees at gunpoint, cops said.

The suspect and his accomplices went into the Ninth Avenue office at about 12:15 a.m. Friday and ordered the terrified workers to lie down on the floor, police said.

One worker suffered a cut to the head when he was hit with a gun.

The gang grabbed cellphones, debit cards and cash, then fled, cops said.

A 31-year-old construction worker with an extensive police record was killed when he was shot several times in the chest outside a Crown Heights laundromat, police said.

Cecil Salley, 31, was attacked at about 10 p.m. Friday on Nostrand Avenue near Atlantic Avenue, cops said. He was pronounced dead at Kings County Hospital.

Investigators said that, while the motive for the shooting was not immediately known, Salley had been arrested repeatedly on drug-related charges.

Authorities have released a surveillance photo of a man wanted for allegedly stealing a cellphone from a Brighton Beach restaurant.

The suspect entered Atlantic Grill on Neptune Avenue through an unlocked back door and made off with an employee’s phone at about noon on June 4, cops said.

He was described as in his early 40s and about 5-foot-8 and 220 pounds.

But it was too late. The picture had already been sent to a hard drive and has been retrieved.

The robbers hailed the car at Atlantic and Saratoga avenues at 3 a.m. Saturday, ordered the driver to stop on Farragut Road and then pulled the pistol, cops said.

The guy in the photo, Derrick Miller, 22, of Brooklyn, was arrested yesterday and charged with robbery and weapon possession.

A man took a bullet to the head in St. Albans early yesterday and is lucky to be expected to survive, authorities said.

The 26-year-old, whose name was not immediately released, was shot at 12:40 a.m. on Sayres Avenue and 166th Street, police said.

He was conscious and alert as he was rushed to Jamaica Hospital, and doctors pronounced his injuries serious but not life-threatening.

The shooter is believed to have had on a red and black shirt, sources said.

A man was arrested for choking his ex-girlfriend until she lost consciousness, then repeatedly punching her in the face, authorities said.

Keith Pratt, 47, allegedly wrapped a computer cord around the woman’s throat during an argument in a Taylor Avenue home at about 5 p.m. June 19, according to a Criminal Court complaint. He continued the attack even after she was out cold, the court papers state.

Pratt was arrested and charged with assault, strangulation, harassment and weapon possession, the document says.
