Real Estate

Hey, Lady!

Is Lady Gaga a Gimme Shelter fan? One day after we mentioned a $21,000-a-month penthouse rental at 304 Spring St., the over-the-top musician checked out the three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 3,000-square-foot duplex.

Gaga seems to be going gaga for real estate. She’s reportedly rented a Los Angeles mansion for $25,000 and was also recently spotted looking around for Hamptons beach houses.

We hear Gaga visited the Spring Street rental (which has also brought in director Baz Luhrmann recently) wearing knee-high stockings, a garter belt, a black tunic, a blond wig, red lipstick and high, high heels. And the “Paparazzi” singer might like the idea of hiding from photographers on the penthouse’s 1,200-square-foot private roof deck, which includes a Viking kitchen and outdoor shower.

Corcoran Group listing broker Lydia Sussek had no comment.

Wynn win

Casino/hotel mogul Steve Wynn likes the hospitality business so much that when it came to buying in NYC, he chose a 5,600-square-foot penthouse duplex at the Plaza hotel. The deal closed this week for just below the $24 million asking price — not a lot less than a recent $28 million deal on a 10,000-square-foot Plaza condo that went to an undisclosed buyer. Wynn first saw the nine-room duplex in May. The layout lends itself nicely for displaying some of his renowned art collection — let’s hope he avoids putting an elbow through a priceless Picasso this time!

Nouvel riche

Things are looking up at the Jean Nouvel-designed building at 100 11th Ave. New buyers include management-consulting mogul Martin Shanker, who just paid around $2.2 million for an eighth-floor condo. The building is close to 70 percent sold and on steadier ground with a $47 million refinancing loan from Pembroke Capital Management.

He’s out!

Joe Torre’s former Westchester residence is up for auction. The New Rochelle mansion, located at 60 Premium Point Road and offering Long Island Sound views, had originally been listed at $2.695 million.

The six-bedroom, five-bathroom, 6,534-square-foot home that Torre rented, in a gated community with a private beach, has a dock and an indoor pool. The master suite opens onto a deck, and the family room has a stone fireplace. Bidonthecity.com is auctioning off the property on July 20.

Although Torre is now with the Dodgers, his former Westchester neighbors don’t seem to hold it against him. A Larchmont restaurant, La Riserva, even has a dish — Pollo Joe Torre — named after him.

Bidonthecity.com is also auctioning off a piece of music history — the Pelham childhood home of Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Felix Cavaliere. Cavaliere’s band, The Rascals, wrote and performed classics like “Groovin’ ” and “Good Lovin’.”

While Cavaliere rehearsed in the garage/basement, his dad worked as a dentist out of the home, which still has zoning that permits a small medical office. The five-bedroom, 2½-bathroom, 2,810-square-foot house was originally listed at $1.095 million
