The tattooed temptress who allegedly had an affair with actress Sandra Bullock’s husband is a racist who routinely gives the Nazi salute to her Jewish son as a joke and even posed with a swastika armband during a vile photo shoot last year, her ex-husband has charged.
Michelle McGee, 32, has said she carried on an 11-month affair with Jesse James, who apologized to Bullock on Thursday after it was revealed earlier this week that she bedded the celebrity mechanic while she filmed her hit movie “The Blind Side” last year.
In court papers connected to her divorce with her ex-husband Shane Modica, McGee is painted as a racist who uses drugs and holds porn photo shoots inside her home.

Modica is also in a custody battle over their 5-year-old son Avery.
The ex-husband claimed in court papers filed in San Diego in January that “as years go by, Avery’s mother slips more and more into stripping, pills, alcohol and performances she does online, pornography that she has brought into our home.”
“There have been pornographic shoots there and live Web cam pornographic broadcasts from her house,” Modica wrote.
This comes as TMZ.com obtained shocking images of McGee — taken almost a year ago — where she is wearing a swastika armband in a Nazi-themed photo shoot.
In one photo posted on the site today, McGee is seen holding a large dagger in her mouth.
Meanwhile, Modica claimed that McGee recently had a large swastika tattooed on her stomach, spelled out “White Power” in magnets on her refrigerator, dated gang members and performed in strip clubs under their son’s name.
“I believe that Michelle is mentally ill and should be in the care of a therapist, which the court ordered her to see, but she refuses to do so. She is supposed to take medication for bipolar disorder but she doesn’t,” he wrote.
James yesterday apologized to his Academy Award-winning wife after McGee tattled about their torrid trysts together.
“The vast majority of the allegations reported are untrue and unfounded,” said James.
“Beyond that, I will not dignify these private matters with any further public comment,” James, 40, said in the mea culpa released to People magazine.
“There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me. It’s because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way,” he said.
“This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me.”
McGee, 32, told In Touch Weekly that James wasted no time jumping her bones when she first met the Harley hunk at his West Coast Choppers shop in Long Beach, Calif., after contacting him via e-mail about a potential modeling job.
Bullock moved out of the couple’s LA home on Monday and canceled plans to attend “The Blind Side’s” London premiere.
