The nephew of model Tyson Beckford was charged with manslaughter and DUI Thursday for allegedly slamming a truck into an MTA bus, killing the driver.
Dominic Whilby, 23, was ordered held without bail at Manhattan Criminal Court for Wednesday’s crash.
Whilby was partying with his famous uncle at a Fashion Week soiree before being kicked out of a club and a hotel lobby.
He then allegedly broke into an apartment building before stealing the truck and hitting the M14 bus on West 14th Street, killing driver William Pena.
