South Shore 68, Jamestown (N.Y.) 64: Shamiek Sheppard made 14-of-20 shots from the field and finished with a game-high 30 points, Wayne Martin (eight rebounds) and Kwanique Martin each followed with nine points and Terrence Samuel added eight points and five rebounds for the Vikings (5-5) in the opening round of the Josh Palmer Fund Coaches vs. Cancer Classic in Elmira, N.Y.
