Steve’s guilty pleasure

Steve Martin is one wild and crazy guy — but whether he’s a nutty juror or not is up for deliberation.

The famed funnyman wrote extensively on his Twitter page this week, making light of jury duty he claimed to be doing.

Martin, 65, poked fun of a defendant’s Conan O’Brien-esque hair, mocked a prosecutor’s Serbian accent, and advocated use of the Magic 8 Ball to determine guilt.

But whether Martin was actually doing his solemn duty to American justice depends on which of his reps you believe.

An unnamed spokeswoman told Reuters the comic was only in an LA jury pool and had not been assigned to a case.

But Martin’s publicist, Alan Nierob, blew the lid off the funnyman’s shtick, saying the actor was just doing material.

“He’s not serving jury duty, just tweeting as usual,” Nierob told The Post. “It’s really great material, don’t you think?”

Martin has 380,000 followers on his Twitter account.
