Alec Baldwin celebrated his honeymoon on the cheap yesterday — taking his bride home in a yellow cab, then to a bar to watch soccer.

Hours after their late-night, celebrity-filled Manhattan wedding bash, Baldwin and new wife Hilaria Thomas arrived home to their Greenwich Village pad in a taxi just before noon, ducking inside without talking to the media.

The perpetually scowling actor clutched a shopping bag from the Lowell Hotel on the Upper East Side, where he and Thomas had spent their wedding night in a $2,000 suite.

The couple emerged from their home a short while later — with Baldwin’s 16-year-old daughter, Ireland, and two other teens in tow — for a walk to Washington Square Park.

“You’re gonna walk away now. You’re not going to follow us,” the grumpy groom snarled at a reporter.

At the park, his entourage drew stares from passers-by as yoga-teacher Thomas, 28, folded herself into his lap, listening to a jazz band. She spent much of the time on her cellphone. At one point, she pulled a red folding fan out of her bag to help beat the heat.

The newlyweds and Ireland eventually moved on to Thompson Street, where Baldwin, 54, gave cash and what appeared to be a stern lecture to his daughter. The three of them then rode away in a taxi.

The couple and Ireland resurfaced at the Austrian restaurant Edi and the Wolf on Avenue C, where they and nearly two dozen relatives cheered Spain in its Euro 2012 soccer final against Italy.

Baldwin, wearing a Spain cap and scarf, hooted as his Mallorca-bred wife’s home country defeated Italy, 4-0. The couple returned home, separately, in the afternoon.

The couple went out again in the evening to meet friends at Schiller’s Liquor Bar on Rivington Street. But they spent only about a half-hour there, with Baldwin looking down at his phone nearly the entire time.

They eventually wound up at the macrobiotic eatery Souen on East 13th Street, around the corner from their home, for takeout.

Baldwin tried to order vegan curry, but the kitchen was closed, so he had to settle for cucumber salad. Hilaria got her usual: steamed greens and veggies.

The couple then walked home hand in hand.

But it’s a good thing the journey was short — Baldwin was hunched over as if his back was killing him.

The couple wed Saturday at St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral downtown and threw a wild wedding reception for more than 200 guests at NYU’s Kimmel Center.

Guests dined on local strawberries with arugula and a fig balsamic dressing and had a choice of grilled organic chicken breast, pan-seared halibut, or vegetable Napoleon.

For dessert, there was regular and vegan wedding cake.

Alec and Hilaria, who changed her Twitter handle to @hilariabaldwin, yesterday, tweeted photos of their wedding rings.
