Gore to be questioned at Olbermann breach-of-contract suit

Al Gore will get to take the oath afterall.

But instead of swearing to defend the constitution as leader of the free world, Gore will reportedly have answer all questions fired at him by canned Current TV loudmouth Keith Olbermann.

“He is on the list of many we plan to talk to,” Olbermann’s lawyer Jill Basinger told E! News, surely to the displeasure of the 2000 presidential popular vote winner.

Current dumped Olbermann on March 30, 2012 after just nine months on Gore’s cable network.

It took less than a week for Olbermann to file a multi-million-dollar, breach-of-contract lawsuit.

Current has filed a counter lawsuit, claiming the host didn’t live up to his end of the deal.

This vice-presidential-sized grilling of Gore hasn’t been scheduled and might not be for months as both sides haggle through mediation.

Depositions have to be completed by Dec. 7.

The case is set to go to trial on May 28, 2013 and last about a week.
