HS duo’s pedophile blog suit

They want him flunked right out of the blogosphere.

A principal and a top administrator at one of Manhattan’s largest high schools are suing to force Google to unmask the blogger who labeled them pedophiles, rapists and racists.

“My clients spend their day worrying about what other people believe,’’ said Ken McCauley, the lawyer for Norman Thomas HS Principal Philip Martin Jr. and Assistant Principal Neil Monheit.

According to papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, the duo are demanding that Google reveal the identity of the blogger so that they can sue him or her and clear their names.

One posting starts out, “My name is Philip Martin and I am the Principal at Norman Thomas High School . . . I like to sleep with the staff at my school and sleep with students — particularly female underage high-school students,’’ according to court documents.

A fake posting for Monheit claims that “SIX students have come forward stating that he has sexually assaulted them in the hallways and locked classrooms,’’ court documents state.

“The blogs allege that my clients are rampaging through the halls of the high school grabbing students and having sex with them — there’s not a shred of truth to them,” McCauley fumed yesterday.

The lawyer said the pair made the city Department of Education aware of the situation.

Neither the DOE nor Google had an immediate comment,
