Witness goes flirtless

A prosecution witness who shamelessly flirted with a defense lawyer during City Councilman Larry Seabrook’s first trial didn’t get a chance to repeat the performance yesterday.

Lawyer Ed Wilford took over cross-examination when Brandi Johnston appeared at Seabrook’s corruption retrial — and apparently didn’t light the same fire with her.

Unlike Johnson’s testimony last year — when she shockingly told co-counsel Anthony Ricco to take his time because “I like it nice and slow” — she was off the witness stand in about 10 minutes.

The Manhattan federal jury also saw the infamous receipt that prosecutors say Seabrook used to scam a $177 reimbursement for a bagel sandwich and a Snapple.
