Ex-broker is suing Donald

Donald Trump fancies himself a King Midas, says a former Trump International Realty broker, who alleges in a suit that he shorted her more than $700,000 in commissions — because, since everything he touches turns to gold, it doesn’t take much to sell his apartments.

Rana Williams, 60, who started with Trump in 1993 and rose to the senior levels of his real-estate firm, claims she saw her commissions increasingly docked as her sales skyrocketed.

“The reason for the decrease in commission rates was Trump’s arrogant belief that its own name recognition alone was sufficient to sell or rent these properties,” Williams charges in a Manhattan Supreme Court suit filed yesterday.

When Williams griped, she was allegedly told to shut up or get out.

Ivanka Trump emailed a statement to the Post, saying her “father always treated Ms. Williams professionally and compensated her every penny she was entitled to receive.” It continued, “Sadly this appears nothing more than a desperate attempt by a disgruntled former broker who became bitter upon realizing that her tenure with the company had come to an end.”
