WASHINGTON — Former Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown yesterday said he won’t attempt a comeback in the election to replace Sen. John Kerry, who is now secretary of state.
Brown, a Republican, said he was tired of campaigns and didn’t want to return to “an even more partisan” Congress.
He won a 2010 special election to replace the late Sen. Ted Kennedy.
