Citigroup paid CEO Michael Corbat $11.5 million last year in cash and stock.
Corbat received a $1.05 million salary, $4.18 million in cash, $3.14 million in deferred stock and $3.14 million in performance share units that are based on his personal and the bank’s performance, the bank stated in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
