Scamming psychic a no-show at sentencing

An Upper East Side psychic – who copped to scamming $55,000 from three victims – was a no show at her sentencing in a Manhattan court Wednesday.

Betty Vlado, 42, was supposed to pay full restitution to her marks plus a fine and interest as part of a no-jail plea deal – but has suddenly gone AWOL.

Her defense lawyer, Paul Ascher, declined to comment but seemed stunned by his client’s absence Wednesday morning.

He told the court Vlado had disconnected her phone and changed her cell number.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Larry Stephen issued a bench warrant for her arrest.

The manipulative soothsayer told her gullible victims they had black auras that needed to be cleansed and even duped one woman into buying a $14,500 rock for spiritual rituals.

Vlado was convicted of one count of grand larceny and one count of fortune telling.
