The mildly NSFW clip is the third from the singer’s fifth studio album, “Bangerz.”
The 21-year-old ditches clothing – and perhaps most shockingly, her makeup – for the video, which is a five-minute long selfie.
At one point the shock-loving pop star writhes around under bedsheets clad only in see-through lingerie.
Cyrus later caresses herself in an overflowing tub wearing a black lace, full-length bodysuit.
The racy video is par for the course for Miley this year.
In the Terry Richardson-directed video for her last single, “Wrecking Ball,” the singer can be seen wearing nothing but a pair of maroon boots swinging on a wrecking ball.
Although it officially premiered on Vevo early Thursday, the video leaked online on Wednesday night, racking up thousands of views before being taken down.
