Ronan Farrow buys $1.5 million Upper West Side pad

Ronan Farrow, the estranged son and brother-in-law of movie-making legend Woody Allen, shelled out $1.495 million for a swanky Upper West Side pad, in advance of his cable-TV debut, The Post has learned.

Farrow, 26, just bought a two bedroom, two bath condo at W. 60th St. The purchase comes as Farrow is slated to launch a talk show on MSNBC later this month.

The modestly sized 982-square foot unit is in a doorman building with a landscaped roof deck and views of the Hudson River. It’s the first Big Apple real estate purchase for the blue-eyed son of actress Mia Farrow.

Ronan Farrow, a lawyer and Rhodes Scholar, made a name for himself tweeting disdain for his director dad.

The Woodman infamously married Soon-Yi Previn — the adopted daughter of his then-girlfriend, Mia Farrow. Last October, Mia Farrow told Vanity Fair that her ex-husband, Frank Sinatra, might be Ronan’s real dad.

Ronan never misses a chance to diss his dad. When Allen was honored by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association recently, Farrow tweeted:

Douglas Elliman brokers Tracie and Elizabeth Hamersley had the listing.

A few nights at the Roxbury

Designer Christopher Boshears, who has worked with celebrities like John Travolta, Kirstie Alley and Lisa Marie Presley, is selling his Roxbury, Conn. colonial home for $895,000.

The four-bedroom, 2½-bath home is 2,935 square feet and sits on 6 acres. The classic home with a modern twist comes with a charming, circular driveway. Along with the four bedrooms, there are two loft offices, while a chef’s country-style kitchen opens to a living area. The home’s French doors lead to an outdoor seating area with great views and just down the street are land trust trails.

Bonus: Boshears is offering a design consultation for the buyer.
