The banquet supervisor at the posh New York Athletic Club admits that he kept a cache of incriminating homemade porn featuring a waitress on his work computers and thumb drives, The Post has learned.
The supervisor, Nesim Zuberi, also confesses to carrying on an affair with another underling, a coat-check gal, in his deposition in an explosive sex-harassment suit against the landmark club.
The raunchy computer images that Zuberi kept were breast- and genital-baring snaps of now-ex-worker Keisi Ballenilla, according to court papers.
Ballenilla is suing Zuberi for allegedly demanding sex from her and other women in exchange for work assignments, the documents show.
The married Zuberi continues to insist there was no swanky-panky at the opulent fitness club.
But he admitted he had the racy shots of Ballenilla topless and in a green G-string during his recent deposition, according to a transcript obtained by The Post.
“It was pictures of Keisi,” Zuberi confessed under oath in late June.
“They were pictures of her backside, I believe,” he said — insisting that Ballenilla had taken the shots herself and then sent them to him “out of the blue.”
Ballenilla has said her boss demanded that she pose for him, or else he would take her off the banquet-serving schedule.
The photo shoots were conducted during boozy, after-hours encounters behind locked doors at the Central Park South club, she said.
“He wanted me to get the picture with the G-string,” Ballenilla, who worked at the club in 2005 to 2008, testified earlier this year.
“One day, he wanted to photograph my breasts,” she testified at another point.
“He made me do it,” she said. “Otherwise, he would not give me jobs.”
“And did he take these pictures with his camera?” she was asked.
“And with his cellphone,” she responded
Zuberi also admitted in his deposition that he engaged in the affair with the coat-check gal in 2007 or 2008.
Merely possessing the Ballenilla nudie shots — which he turned over in response to a subpoena in the 2011 harassment lawsuit — incriminates both Zuberi and his bosses, who were alerted to the images two years ago, said Ballenilla’s lawyer.
“Mr. Zuberi admitted to the club in 2011 that he had a topless photo of the victim, yet he also testified that as of June, he had never been disciplined or warned,” said Ballenilla’s lawyer, Joshua Friedman.
“What does that tell him? Keep up the good work?” asked Friedman.
