BX. JUDGE SLAMS PERV TEACH IN MOM-DAUGHTER TRIANGLE

A two-timing Bronx high-school teacher was held on $20,000 bail yesterday on charges of having an affair with a 15-year-old student while dating her mom.

In setting bail, Bronx Criminal Court Judge Ralph Fabrizio ripped into Mark Levy, 31, who has been reassigned to the Bronx superintendent’s office.

“He is responsible for caring for and teaching very young students. He violated the law and he violated one of his students in a disgusting manor,” the judge charged.

In addition to bail, Fabrizio issued an order of protection barring Levy from contacting the teen.

Police said Levy was teaching at Christopher Columbus HS in The Bronx -where the girl was a student – when he began an affair with her mother.

He began having sex with the daughter three months later while baby-sitting for her and her 5-year-old sister, cops said.

Levy broke up with the mother last May but continued having sex with the daughter, cops said.

Levy was charged with two counts of statutory rape in the third degree, which carries a maximum penalty of four years behind bars.

The teacher’s lawyer, Fredy Kaplan, said: “He is not a predator. He is not a pedophile. If he did this, it is a misjudgment on his part. There may be mitigating factors.”
