Martha Stewart’s car burglarized

Maybe she should have sprung for a parking garage.

Domestic diva Martha Stewart’s car was broken into over the weekend in the West Village, where it was parked outside a condo she purchased for her daughter, sources said.

The thief smashed the glass in Stewart’s car and took off with the style maven’s iPhone 5, a Garmin GPS and $20.

A source said Stewart canceled her cell phone service immediately, so cops were unable to track the phone with the popular Find My iPhone app.

A Stewart spokeswoman, Susan Magrino, confirmed the break-in, but had no other details.

“There was an incident and it is under investigation at this time,’’ Magrino said.

Stewart paid $35 million for a triplex at 165 Charles St., where her daughter, Alexis, now lives.

The diva bought three spacious units in the glass-encased building overlooking the Hudson River in 2008, but had second thoughts, opting instead for a house.

But Alexis took advantage of one of the luxury pads, making herself at home on the 15th floor of the 16-story building.

The swanky residence includes a 50-foot swimming pool, private wine cellars, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a garden terrace with scenic views of the River.

The building also has a 35-seat private screening room.
