A predator with a stun gun is wanted for a spree of sexual assaults and rape attempts in Queens’ Forest Park, police sources told The Post yesterday.
The NYPD released a sketch of the fiend, who sources said has struck six times around the park over the past 2½ years.
There was a nearly a one-year gap between two of the attacks from 2011 to 2012 — and some investigators believe that the sicko was targeting victims out of state.
“We’re considering it may be a pattern with cases from other states or cities,” said one law-enforcement source, adding that the suspect could have also been locked away in jail.
In the Queens cases, police worked up the sketch with descriptions from victims and witnesses, a source said. The cases have similar circumstances and occurred around the same time.
“The description is dead-on, so it’s definitely this one guy,” the source added.
The police department and the city are offering a $22,000 reward for information leading to his capture.
The first attack occurred on the morning of March 25, 2011, when the assailant accosted a 54-year-old jogger from behind and tossed her to the ground, sources said.
He slapped his gloved hand over her mouth and tried to rip off her pants, but she fought with him and he fled, the sources said.
The assailant attempted two more sex assaults between Sept. 7, 2011, and August 15, 2012, cops said.
In the 2011 incident, he confronted a 13-year-old girl on Park Lane South near Myrtle Avenue and covered her mouth with his hand.
He then knocked her to the ground and tried to tear off her shorts, but ran away before he could complete the attack.
Nearly one year later, the sicko came up behind a 34-year old woman and grabbed her breasts at Woodhaven Boulevard and Park Lane South.
On March 29 of this year, he upped the ante by using a stun gun on a 23-year-old jogger. He tore off her pants and underwear and tried to rape her, but was scared off by passersby.
The victim was rushed to a local hospital with a neck injury.
In the most brutal attack on Aug. 26, the fiend used a stun gun on a 69-year-old woman, knocking her to the ground. He dragged her into the bushes and raped her.
