Fantasy football decision: DeAngelo Williams or Eddie Lacy?

Drew Loftis and Steve Serby tell you who you should start:

DeAngelo Williams vs. Eddie Lacy

Drew: Williams — Just like the movies, Batman is better without Robin. To wit, Williams tends to excel without Jonathan Stewart (and vice versa). Stewart is on the PUP list (ankles), so Williams will get full load vs. stiff Seahawks defense. But unproven rookie Lacy doesn’t have it any easier against strong Niners unit that has yielded just 10 rushing TDs in past two seasons. Did we mention Pack haven’t had 100-yard rusher since October … of 2010?

Steve: Lacy — Loftis is a hoot. He’s decided to rise a faded 30-year-old horse who averaged a scintillating 2.43 yards per carry this preseason. Think Seahawks tackling machine Bobby Wagner lost sleep this week? Lacy is a 230-pound bruiser, and likely the best back the Pack has had since Ahman Green, who will benefit from: 1) Aaron Rodgers’ aerial assaults; 2) Patrick Willis (broken hand) missing all of preseason; 3) a pair of 23-year-old legs that DeAngelo no longer has; 4) the season-ending injury to DuJuan Harris that make Lacy The Man; 5) countless red-zone opportunities afforded him by Rodgers-to-Cobb and Rodgers-to-Nelson and Rodgers-to-Jones, if not Finley too. Drew, afraid you’re way Off-tis.
