Stylish Parisian “it girl” Lola Rykiel has just closed on a swanky two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at the new 250 Bowery development. Rykiel, the public relations director of her grandmother Sonya Rykiel’s famous fashion house, paid $1.725 million for the unit, which was listed for $1.695 million.

Rykiel, whose recent trip to Capri was captured by W magazine, is getting an apartment with a white chef’s kitchen and a master suite featuring a walk-in closet and a “spa bath” boasting a Zuma soaking tub.

The eight-story, new-construction building, clad in black metal and glass, includes just 20 one- and two-bedroom units plus four duplex penthouses featuring roof terraces.

The listing brokers were Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of Douglas Elliman.

The 411 on 101

Style expert/TV personality Lilliana Vazquez, founder and creative director of CheapChicas.com, is moving into a one-bedroom at 101 W. 15th St., Stonehenge Partners’ newest rental property. Vazquez plans to live and work in the unit, which will double as a base for her styling consultations, showroom fittings and trunk shows. The frugal fashionista regularly appears on “The Today Show” and other programs.

The building, known as the 101, offers tenants feng shui consultations, dog-walking services, personal trainers and group fitness classes. Also available are beauty and spa services, plus regular deliveries of organic juices and cleanses. Play dates for pets, dinner parties with celebrity chefs and film screenings in the “outdoor playhouse” round out the curated living experience.

Available one-bedrooms in the building start at $4,410, according to StreetEasy.com.

Bleecker beauty

Stacey Bendet Eisner, the Alice + Olivia designer, was spotted checking out the $23 million penthouse at 36 Bleecker St., otherwise known as the Schumacher condo building.

The four-bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom duplex has 13-foot ceilings, an “entertaining lounge” and terraces that include one with an outdoor shower. There’s also a great room with a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the city on one side and the courtyard garden designed by MoMA landscape architect Ken Smith on the other. The stunning master bedroom has 16-foot ceilings, a windowed dressing room and a master bathroom with a freestanding tub. Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes have the listing.

The entire seven-story building traded last year for $45 million and has been transformed into a 20-unit loft condo conversion. Eleven units are currently in contract, including one with real estate mogul Aby Rosen and another with art dealer Alberto Mugrabi.

Bendet Eisner currently lives in LA with her husband Eric, son of former Disney boss Michael Eisner. The couple have two daughters, Eloise and Scarlet.

We hear . . .

That Marco Britti, the owner of Favela Cubana restaurant on LaGuardia Place, wants to open a restaurant/bar at 150 W. 26th St. — the condo building where John Edelman, the CEO of Design Within Reach, is selling his penthouse. Britti has applied for a liquor license but is facing opposition from the community, including the condo board . . . That Nest Seekers broker Ryan Serhant, a star of “Million Dollar Listing New York,” jetted off to Korea for the weekend because he was looking for something fun to do. Meanwhile, fellow “Million Dollar Listing New York” broker Luis Ortiz recently announced that he joined Douglas Elliman.

The show goes on

Volatile Broadway producer Eric Nederlander, who, according to court documents, blamed postpartum depression for his abusive behavior toward ex-wife Lindsey Kupferman, might have less reason to claim the blues these days.

Nederlander, who once allegedly threatened to “smash” Kupferman’s face, has just sold his apartment at 345 W. 13th St. to Kupferman for $3.15 million. The 3,000-square-foot apartment is in a 1890 industrial building that was converted to luxury condo lofts.

Nederlander, who now resides on the Upper East Side, was formerly married for a brief spell to Jessica Sklar, who asked for a divorce after their 1998 honeymoon. She married Jerry Seinfeld in 1999.
