Philip Seymour Hoffman’s apartment on the market

Now’s your chance to live in the apartment where tragic actor Philip Seymour Hoffman died.

The fourth-floor unit at 35 Bethune St., where the Oscar winner overdosed last month, is now on the market for rent of $10,500 a month.

Hoffman had lived at the address since last fall, when he rented it for $9,995 a month, according to StreetEasy.com.

“They did a big clean-up,” a source told The Post.

The apartment is located in a building called Pickwick House, a former printing plant built in 1880 that was gut-renovated in 1984. It is part of the Historic Preservation District.

A two-bedroom, two-bath, loft-like apartment, the unit is filled with light from nine oversize windows.

It also features 10-foot-high, wood-beamed ceilings, a wood-burning brick fireplace, strip oak floors and custom closets in both bedrooms.

The listing agent, Arlyne Blitz of the Corcoran Group, did not return calls at press time.
