MODEL IN TWO-FRONT TUG-OF-LOVE

A stunning former model is fighting to get back custody of her two daughters after a judge placed them separately with her ex-boyfriends – one a bouncer with multiple arrests, the other a Wall Street whiz who’s battled gambling and drug addiction.

Dena Ferreira, 37, raised her girls as a stay-at-home mom but has had only supervised visits with them since 2004, when she sought treatment over her abusive upbringing.

“I wanted to better manage certain emotional traumas stemming from my childhood,” said the former Wilhelmina model, who spent a month at a clinic in Tucson in 2004.

While she was away, Jeff Telvi, a bouncer, and Michael Parness, a day-trading millionaire, sued for custody, claiming Ferreira was a sex addict, suicidal and an unfit mom.

The matter is before a judicial hearing officer in Manhattan and could be decided this week.

Telvi, the father of Giulianna, 8, says Ferreira tried to kill herself and falsely accused him of abusing the kid. Parness, the father of Emma, 3, calls Ferreira a lying narcissist who attacked him and carried on “illicit affairs in my home in the presence of our child.” Not so, says Ferreira, who says her exes beat and threatened her.
