Top officials at the Long Island Rail Road and the pension board accused of paying rail workers hundreds of thousands of dollars in bogus disability claims were subpoenaed yesterday by New York’s attorney general.
“We need to know what they knew, when they knew it and what, if anything, they did about it,” a source close to AG Andrew Cuomo’s investigation said.
