Annie stole my pics: fotog

Annie Leibovitz isn’t just a deadbeat — she’s a thief, an Italian photographer says.

In papers filed in Manhattan federal court, Paolo Pizzetti says the embattled shutterbug to the stars passed two of his pictures off as her own in a calendar.

Now he’s suing the legendary photographer for $300,000 in damages, which is the least of her financial woes.

Leibovitz, 59, has until Tuesday to repay a company called Art Capital a $24 million loan.

If she can’t work out a deal before then, she would face having to declare bankruptcy or surrendering her photo catalog and giving up her homes to Art Capital.

Pizzetti’s suit says he was approached by Leibovitz’s studio in March 2008 to scout locations in Italy for a calendar she was doing.

Over a two-day period, Pizzetti scouted locations around the country, including Rome and Venice. His suit says he then e-mailed Leibovitz’s studio digital pictures of the Trevi Fountain and Plaza San Marco and was told he would assist her when she came to photograph the sites herself.

He was later told the shoot was canceled — and when the calendar came out, he discovered why, the suit claims.
