Talk about cleaning up your act.
The roads in Virginia are a whole lot cleaner today — thanks to Chris Brown.
The 20-year-old R&B crooner officially began his 180 days of community service in his hometown of Richmond with a little roadside cleanup.
The slap-happy crooner was ordered last month by a California judge to serve six months of labor as part of a plea-bargain sentence for brutally assaulting her after a pre-Grammy party in February.
Brown is also prohibited from having any contact with his former girlfriend Rihanna until 2014.
Photos released today show Brown picking up trash in a wooded area closely watched by armed officers. He also cleaned up some police horse stables before calling it a day.
