An ex-con is back behind bars for groping a young woman in broad daylight as she walked into her SoHo apartment building, police sources said yesterday.

José Marrero, 32, allegedly stalked the 23-year-old victim for three blocks on Oct. 4 while saying, “Hey beautiful, come with me, let’s go somewhere.”

The suspect, who has done time for drug charges, pounced as she stepped into the lobby of her building on Varick Street near Broome streets at 8:30 a.m., sources said.

The victim tried to fight off the attacker, but Marrero allegedly threw her to the ground, rubbed his body against hers and molested her.

Two witnesses stumbled upon the attack, prompting the suspect to dash off, but the victim picked Marrero out of a photo array.

The suspect was arrested last Wednesday and charged with burglary and sexual abuse.

A DNA match led to the arrest of a prowler who slinked into a woman’s Alphabet City apartment as she slept, cops said yesterday.

Robin Mitchell, 47, got into the building on East Eighth Street near Avenue B at about 2:45 a.m. July 27, sources said.

Suddenly, the woman awoke to find him standing over her, police said.

He fled, leaving behind a backpack containing a water bottle and screwdriver, the sources said.

Police tested the backpack and its contents, allegedly getting a DNA match on Mitchell.

He was arrested on Oct. 13, according to the Manhattan DA.

Brooklyn

This blockhead wasn’t using his noggin when he head-butted a bouncer in a Greenpoint club, authorities said yesterday.

An intoxicated Adrian Kulinski, 23, started a ruckus in the Europa nightclub on Meserole Avenue at 12:45 a.m. Sunday, police.

When the bouncer asked him to leave, Kulinski allegedly said, “F – – – you, I’m not going anywhere.”

He then head-butted the bouncer, causing a minor cut and facial swelling, cops said.

The suspect was charged with assault.

Queens

A drug deal gone bad in Astoria left a man dead, police said.

Michael Chatfield, 31, was shot twice in the chest near the intersection of 24th Street and 20th Avenue at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday.

He was rushed to Mount Sinai of Queens Hospital, where he was pronounced DOA.

No arrests have been made.

Staten Island

Two women beat a youth during a botched robbery in St. George, authorities said yesterday.

Dominique Almodovar, 22, and Megan Izzo, 20, confronted the teen on Wall Street near Saint Marks Place at about 2:50 p.m. Saturday.

One allegedly snarled, “If you don’t give us the money in your pockets, we will beat you up.”

When the boy refused, the women pummeled him, knocked him to the ground and fled, cops said. Police drove the victim around the neighborhood and found the suspects nearby.

They were charged with attempted robbery and assault, according to a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

A drunken driver got a ride to jail after smashing her SUV into parked cars in Dongan Hills, police said yesterday.

Nicole Ciccarelli, 34, lost control of her Ford Explorer on Hunter Avenue near Richmond Road just after 2 a.m. Sunday, cops said.

The suspect, who had a glass of wine and took anti-depressants, allegedly refused to take a Breathalyzer test.

She was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
