Hack flack a phone ‘taunter’

Manhattan p.r. princess Ali Wise would hack into the voice mails of one of her love rivals to gather ammunition against her — then turn around and call her to taunt her with it, a source close to the case said yesterday.

Wise also made hang-up calls to pals of the victim, Briana Rasinski, with a device that left Rasinski’s phone number on their caller IDs, the source said.

Wise, who has admitted using SpoofCard software to hack into the voice mails of four victims, began gaining access to Rasinski’s phone system in December 2006 — after Rasinski began dating Josh Deutsch, Wise’s ex-boyfriend, the source said.

Using information she learned on the voice mails, Wise, a then-publicist for Dolce & Gabbana, would make taunting phone calls to Rasinski, a fashion designer who divides her time between Los Angeles and The Big Apple, the source said.

Wise “would call and say extremely vile and harassing things, such as ‘Josh has another girlfriend’ or detailing travel plans that Briana made,” the source said.

The calls stopped in February 2007, after Rasinski broke up with Deutsch, the CEO and founder of Downtown Records.

But the creepy snooping didn’t.

Wise was still hacking into Rasinski’s voice mails a total of more than 200 times, the source said.

She also made the hang-up calls to Rasinski’s pals.

When the friends would phone back and say, “Why did you call?” Rasinski would say she hadn’t.

Rasinski went to the cops and is believed to be one of the four people who were victims of Wise’s alleged hacking, the source said.
